Abstract

In the present work, the development of a novel non-invasive experimental technique based on endoscopic-laser Particle Image Velocimetry (ePIV) coupled with Digital Image Analysis (DIA) is presented. The technique has been validated at room temperature with a cold flow setup and conventional PIV-DIA, proving that no loss of resolution and accuracy is affecting the new technique. An experimental set up has been designed and constructed to apply the technique up to 1000ºC.
